Your data stays in India

Hosted in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. Your books and business data are stored and processed in India — not shipped elsewhere.

Books that cannot go out of balance

Your records sit on an immutable, insert-only ledger and the accounting rules are enforced in the system of record itself — not by the AI. Financial rows are never deleted or silently edited; corrections are new reversing entries, so the trial balance always ties and the history stays intact.

Provenance on every entry

Every entry carries where it came from, what proposed it, at what confidence, and which version of your rules was applied. You can trace any number on any report back to the exact entry — and the exact rule — that produced it. Nothing is a black box.

AI proposes, you approve, the system executes

Nothing posts, sends or pays on its own. Every AI action waits in your approval queue, shows its reasoning, is logged with a timestamp, and is reversible. You are always in control.

We don’t train shared models on your data

Your rules, tone and SOPs are learned for your business and stay yours. Your data is never used to train a model shared with anyone else.

Where exactly is my data stored?
In the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) AWS region. Your books, documents and business data are stored and processed in India — they are not shipped to a data centre outside the country.
Do you train your AI on my data?
No. Your rules, tone and SOPs are learned for your business and stay yours. Your data is never used to train a model that is shared with any other customer.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Nothing the AI does becomes final on its own — every action waits for your approval and is logged with a full reasoning trail. If something needs correcting after the fact, it is fixed with a new reversing entry, never a silent edit, so the audit trail stays honest.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet — both are actively in progress, and we will not claim a badge before we have earned it. What is live today: data residency in India, encryption in transit and at rest, and an immutable, insert-only ledger enforced at the database layer.
