- An AI-hire is a role-specific AI team member you hire on maaya.works — for bookkeeping, invoicing, purchases and more. It learns your rules, SOPs and tone, does the repetitive work, and waits for your approval before anything is final.
- AI workforce
- An AI workforce is a team of role-specific AI-hires that runs the operational work of a business — bookkeeping, invoicing and purchases today, with follow-ups, statements and more joining — anchored on the company’s own books. Unlike a single AI accountant or a chatbot, it is a team that does the work and waits for human approval, with the financial system of record as its foundation.
- The approval queue
- The approval queue is where every AI-drafted action waits for a person to review and approve it. Nothing posts, sends or pays on its own — AI proposes, you approve, the system executes.
- Runs on your real books
- The AI team is anchored on your financial system of record itself — an append-only ledger — so your books can never go out of balance. The accounting rules are enforced by the system, not by the AI.
